After the ceremony, guests can move into the 9,000-square-foot, climate-controlled barn for the reception, keeping the day centered in one location while still giving couples flexibility in how the celebration unfolds.
Whether the plan is primarily indoors or built around the surrounding outdoor spaces, Red Barn can accommodate up to 200 guests for both the ceremony and reception.

Red Oak Valley provides on-site catering for weddings at Red Barn, giving couples one less major vendor to source and coordinate separately.
Food service is planned alongside the rest of the event, allowing the venue, catering, setup and wedding coordination to work together as one connected experience.
Bar service is also available through Red Oak Valley, making it easier to keep another important part of the reception under the same roof and with the same team.

A Red Barn wedding includes much more than use of the venue itself. Couples receive private use of the venue on the wedding day, a Red Oak Valley coordinator, tables and chairs, linens, access to the Red Oak Valley décor collection, preparation spaces and overnight accommodations in the Farmhouse.
Red Oak Valley can also provide catering and bar service, allowing more of the wedding experience to be coordinated through one team instead of requiring couples to manage every major piece separately.
Does Red Barn provide a wedding coordinator?
Yes. Red Barn wedding packages include a Red Oak Valley coordinator who helps guide couples through the planning process and supports the wedding day itself.
That means you are not simply handed the keys to the venue and left to coordinate everything on your own. The Red Oak Valley team is involved in bringing together the venue, setup, food service and other key details leading up to your celebration.
Are tables, chairs and linens included at Red Barn?
Yes. Tables and chairs for the reception are included, along with seating for up to 200 guests at your ceremony location. Linens are also included, with an assortment of colors available.
Including these essentials helps simplify planning and reduces the number of separate rentals couples need to source, coordinate and return after the wedding.
Can we use Red Oak Valley décor for our wedding?
Yes. Couples booking Red Barn receive access to Red Oak Valley’s décor collection at no additional charge. That’s right… free decor!
The collection includes a variety of items such as arbors, centerpieces, votives, table accessories, signage pieces and other decorative elements. Availability varies, and couples work with the Red Oak Valley team to reserve the pieces they would like to use.
Does Red Barn offer on-site catering?
Yes. Red Oak Valley offers on-site catering for weddings and events at Red Barn.
Keeping food service connected to the venue allows the Red Oak Valley team to coordinate more of the event under one roof and gives couples one less major vendor relationship to manage independently.
What ceremony locations are available at Red Barn?
Couples can choose from several ceremony settings at Red Barn, including the barn itself, the courtyard and a lakeside ceremony location.
That gives couples both indoor and outdoor options and allows the ceremony setting to reflect the style of wedding they are planning.

Yes. Red Barn includes a private bridal suite and groom’s lounge, with access beginning before the event so the wedding party can prepare on-site.

Is lodging available at Red Barn?
Yes. Overnight accommodations in the Farmhouse are included with select Red Barn wedding packages. Additional on-site lodging is available, including cabins and tiny homes.
