The Red Oak Valley Difference

More Than a Beautiful Place to Get Married

Choosing the right venue is only the beginning.

At Red Oak Valley, couples do not have to start from an empty space and assemble every part of the wedding on their own. Our team helps coordinate the venue, planning support, food, bar service, setup and other essential pieces of the day.

The result is a wedding experience with fewer moving parts, clearer support and more time to focus on the celebration itself.

One Connected Team

Fewer Vendors. Fewer Moving Pieces.

Red Oak Valley brings more of the wedding experience together through one team.

Wedding packages include a Red Oak Valley coordinator along with core venue essentials such as tables, chairs, linens and preparation spaces. Couples also have access to Red Oak Valley décor, while catering, bar service and lodging can be coordinated through the property.

Instead of managing a long list of separate providers, you have a team that already knows the venue, the timeline and the details of your day.

Food & Bar

Built Into the Experience

Red Oak Valley provides on-site catering for weddings across the property, allowing food service to be planned alongside the rest of the event.

Bar service is also available through Red Oak Valley, giving couples another major part of the reception that can be handled through the same team.

That means the venue, catering, bar and event coordination can work together instead of operating as separate pieces.

Ceremony & Reception

One Property. Multiple Ways to Celebrate.

Couples can choose from indoor and outdoor ceremony settings across Red Oak Valley, including barns, courtyards, lakeside settings and traditional chapel spaces.

Each venue keeps the ceremony and reception close together, allowing guests to move naturally through the day without traveling between multiple locations.

And with indoor options available, couples can plan with greater flexibility regardless of the weather.

Specific inclusions vary by venue and package.

Does Red Oak Valley provide a wedding coordinator?

Yes. Red Oak Valley wedding packages include an assigned coordinator to help guide couples through the planning process and support the wedding day.

The coordinator is for the bride and groom to handle vendors, timing, planning and day of stability. They are specifically for the couple.

Keeping catering connected to the venue allows food service, timing and event logistics to be coordinated with the rest of the wedding instead of managed as a completely separate vendor relationship.

Can we have both our ceremony and reception at Red Oak Valley?

Yes. Each Red Oak Valley venue offers ceremony and reception options on the property.

Depending on the venue, couples can choose from indoor spaces, courtyards, lakeside settings, outdoor ceremony locations and chapel spaces. Keeping both parts of the wedding in one place also makes the day easier for guests to navigate.

Available pieces include items such as arbors, centerpieces, votives and table accessories. Couples can work with the Red Oak Valley team to select and reserve available décor for their wedding.
